Provider Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist

About the Role

Dastify Solutions is seeking a Provider Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist to manage provider records and payer applications for healthcare clients.

You will gather documentation, maintain accurate profiles and follow up on pending applications. Your work will help practices track enrollment progress and identify issues that could delay billing.

What You’ll Do

• Collect and review provider licenses, insurance certificates and other required documents.
• Prepare initial credentialing, recredentialing and payer enrollment applications.
• Maintain CAQH profiles and coordinate timely provider attestations.
• Support authorized updates and applications through PECOS, NPPES and payer portals.
• Track application status, missing documents, renewal dates and payer responses.
• Follow up on individual and group enrollments, practice locations and provider affiliations.
• Obtain written confirmation of payer effective dates and communicate relevant details to billing teams.
• Maintain organized records and escalate delays or discrepancies.

What You’ll Bring

• At least two years of provider credentialing or payer enrollment experience.
• Familiarity with CAQH and Medicare or Medicaid enrollment workflows.
• Understanding of the differences between credentialing, contracting and payer enrollment.
• Experience managing multiple applications and deadlines.
• Clear communication with providers, practice staff and payer representatives.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Experience

• Texas Medicaid enrollment and Texas commercial payer applications.
• Multispecialty or group practice enrollment.
• Medicare revalidation and provider demographic updates.
• Relevant credentialing training or certification.
