Revenue Cycle Manager

About the Role

Dastify Solutions is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead billing operations for assigned healthcare clients. You will oversee daily workflows, guide team members and address issues affecting claim accuracy, payment turnaround and outstanding balances.

This role combines team leadership with practical problem-solving. You should be comfortable investigating difficult accounts, explaining performance results and turning recurring billing problems into clear corrective actions.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee claim submission, payment posting, denial management and A/R follow-up for assigned accounts.
• Set work priorities and monitor quality, productivity and outstanding tasks.
• Review collections, denial trends, claim acceptance and A/R aging to identify areas needing attention.
• Investigate recurring issues with billing staff, coding teams and client contacts.
• Coach team members and maintain clear procedures for routine work and escalations.
• Lead client performance discussions with findings, action owners and next steps.
• Coordinate account onboarding and changes to client billing workflows.
• Follow company policies for confidential information and appropriate system access.

What You’ll Bring

• At least five years of relevant medical billing or revenue cycle experience.
• At least two years of experience supervising staff or leading revenue cycle operations.
• Practical knowledge of professional medical billing, payer requirements and denial resolution.
• Experience interpreting billing reports and explaining results to clients or leadership.
• Proficiency with practice management systems, payer portals and Excel.
• Strong organization, communication and follow-through.

Preferred Experience

• Supporting multiple practices or specialties in a billing services organization.
• Working with Medicare, Medi-Cal and commercial insurance.
• Improving workflows across billing, credentialing and A/R teams.
• Relevant education in healthcare administration or business, or equivalent practical experience.
