About Stephanie

Stephanie Jason serves as the Head of Department (HOD) Medical Coding at Dastify Solutions, where she oversees coding operations, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives across all service lines. Her unique background in Biotechnology combined with extensive healthcare revenue cycle experience enables her to understand both the clinical and administrative aspects of medical coding.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has worked with healthcare organizations ranging from solo practitioners to large health systems, developing expertise in specialty-specific coding challenges. She has particular depth in behavioral health billing, where complex regulations like 42 CFR Part 2 and the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act require specialized knowledge.
