I am the Director of Medical Coding at Dastify Solutions and a Certified Professional Coder (CPC®) with a passion for accuracy and healthcare efficiency. My career path is unique: I started as a Biotechnologist, a background that gave me a deep understanding of complex medical data and anatomy. Today, I use that scientific foundation to translate clinical care into precise medical codes, ensuring that healthcare providers are reimbursed fairly and accurately.

In my role at Dastify, I focus on two main goals: Compliance and Education. I work closely with providers to improve clinical documentation and mentor my coding team to reduce denials and streamline workflows. I have extensive experience navigating multiple specialties, from Plastic Surgery to Internal Medicine, and I am proficient in a wide array of EHR systems including Epic, Athenahealth, and AdvancedMD.
